I decided to use a "Team Captain". The player that post the the names of the members is the captain. I will send them the PM's and they are responsible in getting the correct players to join on their team.

So does this mean each player does not get a PM yet only 1 player per team does? Then this player gets his partner in the games?

correct. I wanted to try this now because in the future I would like to run some quads and the PM's are going to be 8 players per game X 8 games per round and Im not interested in adding 64 players to my distribution list just to hand out game numbers.

Just use the signup list and then add all. Works quickly and takes 2 seconds.

Copy all the names into a txt file then just save it for later use. When you need to use it just copy all the names in and ADD BBC. Just make sure each name is on a separate line. If you do not want to add all the names, then group them into groups or teams... whatever the tournament calls for.

im thinking that takes the same amount of time to do as just adding them all to your friends list

probably, but i have all my fellow clan members in my friends, and that would take a while each time i sent something becausei would have to skip all of them plus a few that are on there that are not in the clan.
