So, to prevent someone from filling your inbox with PM's you need only follow these instructions:

1 > Go to the Interaction Menu in the sidebar.

2 > Click on Inbox.

3 > Click on Rules, folders & settings.


3.a > Under the section headed 'ADD NEW RULE' click on the drop down box to the right of "If:" and select 'Sender', then click the 'next' button just to the right hand side of the drop down box.

3.b > Then you will have another list of option in the drop down box, select 'is' if you want to block just the one person, or 'is foe' if you want to block all PM's from all your foes on your foe list. Click the 'next' button when you've selected your preferred condition.

3.c > If you selected 'is foe' then skip to step 4 >. If you selected 'is' instead, then another box will appear for you to type in the username of the player you're setting a condition for(in your case that would be JaMarcus), enter the desired username and click the 'next' button.
4 > Finally you will be presented with a drop down box containing a list of actions, click on the box and select 'Delete Message'(it's at the bottom of the list). To finish the proceedure, click the 'Add Rule' button just the right of the box.

Congratulation! You've successfully rigged your inbox to automatically delete incoming PM's from tools, tossers and twats that you don't ever want to talk to again!

Yes, he has been reported a couple of times before, mostly for ratings abuse and he can no longer give any ratings because of that. Let us sanction him properly, and for this particular report for one wall post, please do what the others said here about putting him on your foes list and on how to filter messages, if you have not yet done it.
